I ask that you give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment . I understand that emergencies do happen, but out of respect for me please give me time to refill your appointment slot. There will be a 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service if you don’t notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments cancelled within 8 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. This also applies to any no call no show appointments. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please contact me ASAP. I have a 15 minute grace period for lateness, anything after 15 minutes will result in a $30 fee if the service can still be preformed. If the service can no longer be performed do to timing you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
